This agreement is a legal contract between you and Blizzard VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (referred to as 'this App').

By downloading or using this App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this agreement. Please review it carefully before use. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, source-code extraction, app-text translation, or derivative development is prohibited. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will communicate material fee changes where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. We advise against jailbreaking or rooting devices because it may weaken system security and affect app operation.

This Service integrates necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you may also be bound by the respective terms of those providers.

Service limitations: this App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible if service cannot be used because of device arrears, data limits, weak signal, carrier restrictions, or local network failure. Mobile data or roaming fees may apply when used outside Wi-Fi or outside your home country, and those fees are your responsibility. Before using the App, ensure that you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, service interruption caused by battery depletion, system errors, or local network failure is not covered by compensation. We work to provide accurate route information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from it. To maintain compatibility and security, this App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to download and install new versions when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate App services within the scope permitted by law and this agreement; after termination, your usage license expires and you must stop using and delete the App.
